More About Your Coach
Coach Jennifer Wagner-Assali is certified as a Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach, as well as a Working Against Gravity certified coach. These two certifications ensure you will work with someone up to date on the most current nutrition science as well as the practical application for improving body composition.
Jen is also a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and a certified athletic trainer with a B.S. in Kinesiology. She is comfortable with coaching using the flexible dieting philosophy, vegetarian, vegan, keto, reverse dieting, and has an interest in coaching athletes. She has also lost 60 pounds and kept it off!
